Velina’s return& exchange policy
Returns:

We do accept returns except for earrings, items can be returned via postage or send us an email to schedule drop off.

Postage fees for returns are to be paid by the client.

If the item is worn or not in the state it was sent, the return will not be accepted.
Exhanges:

If an item does not fit or you would like to exchange, please do so within a week of the purchase.

Items purchased on Sale or promotion cannot be exchanged.
Delivery& more:

Delivery is sent out as Registed mail on orders above €25.

We offer registered delivery at an extra price of € 2.50 for orders under€25,
-
If package arrives damaged, we are not responsible.

We ship locally Malta& Gozo at the same cost, we also ship to Europe.
